JEFFREY KURLAND, BARRY ROBISON, STUART LEVY, WENDY ORR

JEFFREY KURLAND (Costume Designer) was nominated for an Academy Award® for his work on Bullets Over Broadway and won a BAFTA Award for his work on Radio Days. He was also nominated for a Costume Designers’ Guild Award for Ocean’s Eleven and won the Costume Designers’ Guild Award for Erin Brockovich.

BARRY ROBISON’s (Production Designer) credits as production designer include the forthcoming X Men Origins: Wolverine; Rendition; You, Me and Dupree; Fun With Dick And Jane; Wedding Crashers; Highway; The Rookie; Candyman; Bubble Boy and October Sky.

STUART LEVY (Editor) first worked with directors Mark Levin and Jennifer Flackett as supervising sound editor on their feature film Madeline. Other credits as editor include the recently completed Sleepwalking; Chicago 10; The Nativity Story; Faceless; Any Given Sunday; Confidence and Red Eye.

WENDY ORR (Author) is an Australian author of children’s, young adult and adult fiction, including Ark in the Park, Peeling the Onion, and The House at Evelyn’s Pond. Her books have been published in sixteen countries and have won or been shortlisted for awards in Australia, UK and the USA.

Wendy was born in Canada, studied occupational therapy in London, married an Australian farmer while still in college, and has lived in Australia since graduation. She is now an Australian citizen. Her first book, Amanda’s Dinosaur, was published in 1988. She became a full time writer two years later after a serious car accident forced her to give up occupational therapy.

Nim’s Island was published in Australia in 1999, followed by the USA, Germany, Italy, Spain and Korea. It will soon be published in the UK, Brazil, France, Japan, the Netherlands, Taiwan and Israel, with other sales currently under negotiation.
